Balade sur le lagon

Dans un bateau à fond de verre, virée sur les flots bleus pour profiter des beautés sous-marines !

Stroll on the lagoon - Sunday, April 17^th

In a boat with a bottom of glass, trip on the blue streams to take advantage of submarine beauties!

Nous voyons deux sortes de tortues qui remontent lentement à la surface pour prendre leur air ! Elles sont majestueuses dans leur lents mouvements...

We see two sorts of turtles which slowly surface to take their air! They are majestic in them slow movements …

Nous nageons au milieu des raies et des requins (ceux d’ici sont des gentils… mais bon je ne me suis quand même pas trop approchée !)

We swim wirh the rays and sharks (those from here are gentiles but well I still not too much approached!)

Je découvre que toutes mes photos de l’eau sont dans des tons bleus qui ne retracent pas la réalité ! Et les poissons multicolores apparaissent bien terne sur les photos… Déception

I discover that all my photos of the water are in blue tones which do not redraw the reality! And multicolored fishes seem very mat on photos … Disappointment

Les coraux sont beaux et très colorés même si mes photos paraissent un peu tons sur tons !

Corals are beautiful and very colored even if my photos seem a little bit tone on tone!

Nous déjeunons sur un petit îlot, et assistons à la préparation des plats ; poisson cru au lait de coco ; Excellent !

We have lunch on a small island, and attend the preparation of dishes; raw fish in the coconut milk; excellent!

Une belle, grande, longue journée de glande totale… Que c’est bon !

J’en profite pour rattraper mon retard sur mon blog et donc j’ai terminé la partie Nouvelle Zélande !

 

 Big laziness

A beautiful, big, long day of total loaf about … That it’s good!

I take advantage of it to make up my delay on my blog and thus I ended the New Zealand part!

En fin de journée je vais quand même faire une petite balade.

Sur la plage, les pieds dans l’eau, je marche un peu… 

At the end of the day I am going to make all the same a small walk.

On the beach, feet in the water, I walk a little …

Et le soir, je me régale… Excellent poisson sur jeunes pousses d'épinard et champignon, petite crème au pesto... Succulent ! Accompagné d'un Riesling...

And in the evening, I feast …Excellent fish with young spinach and mushroom, small cream in the pesto... Delicious! Accompanied with a Riesling...

Je vais là, dans les montagnes au fond en ombre…

J’arrive ici / I arrive here

45 minutes sur une très jolie route (ça change de la route de Papeete à PK 18 – Point Kilométrique 18 – où j’habitais sur l'île de Tahiti)

45 minutes on a very attractive road (that changes the road of Papeete to PK 18 - Point Kilometric 18 - where I lived on Tahiti island)

Je déjeune (excellent poisson) en ayant cette vue !

I have lunch (excellent fish) by having this view!

Et j’habite là  / And I live there

Le rêve en somme !

C'est ma 2^ème journée du 14 avril !

Levée tardivement… c’est les vacances !

Chaleur étouffante, il faut que je m’habitue à cette chaleur…

Dégustation de mon premier plat local au snack (c’est le resto du coin qui fait aussi épicerie) un poisson cru au lait de coco, c’est succulent !

Plage l’après midi où j’ai du mal à trouver un coin d’ombre !

Waked late... it’s the holidays!

Smothering heat, I have to become used to this heat …

Tasting of my first local dish, (it is the restaurant of the place that also makes grocer's shop) a raw fish in the coconut milk, it’s delicious!

Beach in afternoon where I have difficulty in finding a place in shadow!
