Il faut étoffer le stand de l’Accorderie pour ce weekend, avec de bons produits.

Alors nous prenons cet atelier « mendiants » très à cœur !

It’s necessary to enrich the Accorderie’s stand for this weekend, with good products.

Then we very take to heart these « mendiants » workshop!

Ça se passe chez Flore et Amaury où Paolo vient nous rejoindre.

That takes place at Flore and Amaury home where Paolo comes to join us.

 

Chocolat noir, amandes, noix, gingembre, canneberges, raisins secs… C’est parti !

 

Dark chocolate, almonds, walnuts, ginger, cranberries, raisins … Here we go!

+ une petite touche « secrète » et bien sûr non révélée…

+ a small « secret » touch and of course not revealed …

 

D’abord faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, ensuite

avec une petite cuillère on fait des petits tas avec le chocolat sur lesquels on pose les fruits secs.

At first to melt the chocolate in the bain-marie, then with a teaspoon we make small heaps with the chocolate on which we put dried fruits.

 

Puis on laisse refroidir…

Then we let cool…

 

Et bien sûr on goûte… Miam miam ! C’est bon !

And of course we enjoy … Yummy! It’s good!

 

Les meubles tournent… Furniture turns …

Première étape d’emménagement, dans ce nouvel appartement en septembre 2015…

First stage of moving in, in this new apartment in September 2015 …

Départ en voyage pour mon tour du monde fin novembre 2015 donc tout reste en plan dans l’appartement… hé hé !

Departure in journey for my world tour in the end of November 2015, so everything is left stranded in the apartment … hey hey!

Retour à Strasbourg en novembre 2016, et bien sûr rien n’a bougé dans l’appartement …

Return in Strasbourg in November 2016, and of course nothing moved in the apartment …

Alors bien sûr depuis mon installation dans mon nouvel appartement, les meubles tournent… C’est normal...

Il faut du temps pour qu’ils trouvent la bonne place !

Then of course since my installation in my new apartment, furniture turns … It’s normal...

it takes time so that they find the good place!

Ceux-là ont démarré dans la cuisine, puis sont passés dans la salle à manger pour arriver ensuite dans le salon…

Et là encore ils ont changé de place…

Those started in the kitchen, then passed in the dining room to arrive then in the lounge …

And again there they changed place …

 

Certains font tourner les tables, moi je fais tourner les meubles… hé hé !

Sympathique déjeuner avec Martine mon amie alsacienne. Nous allons aux « Toqué du Coin » et c’est délicieux !

Nice lunch with Martine my Alsatian friend. We go to the « Toqué du Coin » and it’s delicious!

Atelier pain d’épices - Workshop gingerbread

Lundi 12 décembre - Monday, December 12^th

L’Accorderie aura un stand au Marché de Noël pendant 2 jours dimanche et lundi prochain.

Accorderie will have a stand in the Christmas market during 2 days Sunday and next Monday.

Il faut donc préparer des choses pour les  vendre sur le stand.

It’s necessary to prepare things to sell them on the stand.

Des ateliers sont organisés et j’ai participé à celui sur la fabrication du pain d’épices. C’était instructif et sympa !

Workshops are organized and I participated in that on the gingerbread. It was instructive and nice!

Anita, Myriam, Gilian et moi avons fait 6 magnifiques pain d’épices !

Anita, Myriam, Gilian and I made magnificent 6 gingerbread!

Il faut beurrer les moules, les fariner, préparer la pâte, la verser dans les moules, les mettre au four…

It’s necessary to butter cake tin, to flour them, to prepare the dough, to pour it intocake tin, to put them in the oven …

Puis on surveille la cuisson, on met les moules sur le rebord de la fenêtre pour qu’ils refroidissent et ensuite on démoule…

Then we watch the cooking, we put cake tin on the windowsill so that they cool and then we unmould …

 

Et voilà les beaux pains d’épices !

And here are beautiful gingerbreads!

 

 

Jardin partagé - Shared garden

A 5 minutes de chez moi se trouve ce joli jardin partagé. On peut y porter ses épluchures de légumes et fruits pour faire du compost. C’est bien, c’est écolo !

At 5 minutes from my home is this attractive shared garden. We can carry its peels of vegetables and fruits there to make some compost. It's good, it’s a Green!

Dimanche après midi j’ai porté mon premier sac de compost…
