On Wednesday I again saw the Chinese doctor. I gave me a physiotherapy respiratory massage, it was funny because during the massage he was singing with very low voice I kept my closed eyes and I had the impression to be in a Temple!

After the massage my bronchi were cleared and my breath was better. Unfortunately after 2 days it is again blocked.

Difficult…

Nevertheless I take conscientiously prescribed medicines. He even prescribed me a new one.

Mercredi j’ai de nouveau vu le docteur chinois il m’a fait un massage de kiné respiratoire, c’était rigolo car pendant le massage il chantait avec une voix très basse. Je gardais mes yeux fermés et j’avais l’impression d’être dans un Temple !

Après le massage mes bronches étaient dégagées et ma respiration meilleure. Malheureusement après 2 jours c’est de nouveau bloqué.

Pas facile…

Pourtant je prends consciencieusement les médicaments prescrits. Il m’en a même prescrit un nouveau.

Gratin

 A delight!

 

On Monday evening, I cooked a « gratin dauphinois ». It means: sliced potatoes baked with cream and cheese (gruyere) and browned on top.

It was really delicious… You can see the proof on the 2^nd  picture…

Médecin chinois. Chinese doctor.

Magic potion

 

As I always coughed, and especially I had the short breath and difficulties to breathe, a friend gave me the address of a Chinese doctor, the Doctor Lan. I saw him this afternoon. I had a kind of respiratory physiotherapy. Massage rested well at the top by the back. I believed well that he was going to tear away from me lungs! I coughed a lot during the session which lasted all the same approximately 45 minutes.

At least it was effective, because I cough less and breathe better!

He drafted a beautiful prescription in Chinese. The pharmacist prepared me my magic potion. It is some tea which I have to take twice a day (in the morning and evening) during a week.

Later it seems that I would be stronger than Obelix … Hihihihi

I have to see again “the magician” on Wednesday.

And in more that cost me 4 times cheaper than the doctor “special expatriates” in clinical SOS!

Comme je toussais toujours, et surtout j’avais le souffle court et du mal à respirer, un ami m’a donné l’adresse d’un médecin chinois, le Docteur Lan. Je l’ai vu cet après midi. J’ai eu une sorte de kiné respiratoire. Massage bien appuyé dans le haut du dos. J’ai bien cru qu’il allait m’arracher les poumons ! J’ai beaucoup toussé pendant la séance qui a quand même duré environ 45 minutes.

En tout cas c’était efficace, car je tousse moins et respire mieux !

Il a rédigé une belle ordonnance en chinois. Le pharmacien m’a préparé ma potion magique. C’est du thé que je dois prendre 2 fois par jour (matin et soir) pendant une semaine.

Après il parait que je serais plus forte qu’Obélix… Hihihihi

Je dois revoir « le magicien » mercredi.

Et en plus ça m’a coûté 4 fois moins cher que le médecin « spécial expatriés » à SOS clinique !
