Then there yes… You can be admiring, because I cut with my small hands, very these vegetables in small dices myself…And this took time to me!

Alors là oui… Vous pouvez être admiratif, car j’ai coupé moi-même avec mes petites mains, tout ces légumes en petits dés… Et ça m’a pris du temps !

And of course after all these preparations, I loved and now I have some reservations in the freezer

Et bien sûr après tous ces préparatifs, je me suis régalée et maintenant j’ai quelques réserves dans le congél.

 

Ranch…

The place where I have gone today is called « Goose & Duck Ranch Western » but I saw neither goose nor duck there…

It is more a place with games, as go-karting, bowling, horseback riding, mini-golf, darts, etc…

 

 

I was with several Chinese colleagues. We began with the barcecue and celebrated the birthday of Yi and Chunmei, then a big cake and a glass of champagne!

Then wouah …go-karting, the 1st turn I too much didn’t dare to go fast but the both next I let go me…

 

I prefered to do a small climb on the hill rather than to go riding… I must confess that I am a bit afraid…

Many trees in flower annouce us cheerfully the spring.

Only Lin and I had courage to go up until the top! Really about 200 metres of difference in altitude… and taken up ¼ an hour top stopwatch! I really arrived top left breathless well…

We had the right to felicitations...

And there is a good day!

 

 

 

Une journée en dehors de Pékin … Et 21°…                  C’est le printemps !

 

 

 

Le lieu où je suis allée aujourd’hui s’appelle « Oie et Canard Ranch Western » mais je n’ai vu ni oie ni canard là.

C’est plus un lieu avec des jeux comme karting, bowling, tours à cheval, mini-golf, fléchettes, etc…

J’étais avec plusieurs collègues chinois. Nous avons commencé par le barbecue et fêté l’anniversaire de Yi et Chunmei, alors un gros gâteau et une coupe de champagne !

 

 

 

Puis karting… wouah le 1^er tour je n’ai pas trop osé aller vite mais pour les deux suivants je me suis lâchée…

J’ai préféré faire une petite grimpette sur la colline plutôt que faire du cheval… je dois avouer que j’ai un peu peur…

 

 

 

Beaucoup d’arbres en fleur nous annoncent gaiement le printemps.

Seulement Lin et moi avons eu le courage de monter jusqu’en haut ! Quand même environ 200 mètres de dénivelé… et monté en ¼ d’heure  top chrono ! Je suis quand même arrivée là haut bien essoufflée…

 

 

 

Nous avons eu droit aux congratulations...

Et voilà une bonne journée ! 

Férié …Public holiday…

4th of April here is a national public holiday. One day to recollect its relative and clean tombs. (As our November 2^nd).

 

Yesterday evening, party at Jérôme & Annia’s house. We were 11 people with 6 different nationalies… Each brought a part of meal… It was friendly and we had a delicious dinner Soup in asparagus made by Tifany. Foie gras brought by Thomas. Rices in the pineapple and pasta in prawns made by Anastasia. Curried chicken, fondant in chocolate and tatin pie made by Eric.

Don’t ask me what I do… I only brought some wine! And as I was not the only in that case… and definitely we drank well! Hugo was a perfect wine waiter!

Even if there was 5 French, I often must speak English… oulala! ! !

And lastly « triviality chase » game, in French… but translated into English by Jérôme.

Very good moment. I went to the bed at 3 am ! 

 

 

 

 

Aujourd’hui je ne travaille pas… na na nerre ! ! ! 

Le 4 avril ici est un jour de congés national. Un jour pour se remémorer sa famille et nettoyer les tombes. (Comme notre 2 novembre).

Hier soir, soirée chez Jérôme et Annia. Nous étions 11 personnes avec 6 nationalités différentes… Chacun a apporté une partie du repas… C’était très sympa et nous nous sommes régalés !

Soupe aux asperges faite par Tifany. Foie gras apporté par Thomas Riz à l’ananas et pâtes aux crevettes faits par Anastasia. Poulet aucurry, fondant au chocolat et tarte tatin fait par Eric. 

 

    Ne me demandez pas ce que j’ai fait… j’ai juste apporté du vin ! Et comme je n’étais pas la seule dans ce cas… et bien nous avons bien bu ! Hugo était un sommelier parfait ! Même s’il y avait 5 français, j’ai dû souvent parler anglais… oulala ! ! ! Et pour finir jeu du « trivial poursuite » en français… mais traduit en anglais par Jérôme. Très bon moment. Je suis allée au lit à 3 heure du matin !

 

 

 

Le bonheur… Happiness

Today, 1st day of my new « ayi ». She is the person who does the housework. And supreme happiness she speaks a bit French… It is a good help!

For instance, today  toilet was  stoppered… (and yes, this happens even in China…)

It was necessary to call the management office to have a worker to repair this.

Hua was in charge of it… Therefore happiness!

And in addition to, the cleaning seems made well …

As long as that this lasts

Aujourd’hui, 1^er jour de ma nouvelle « ayi ». C’est la personne qui fait le ménage. Et bonheur suprême, elle parle un peu français….

Ça aide vraiment !

Par exemple aujourd’hui les WC étaient bouchés… (et oui ça arrive même en Chine…)

Il fallait appeler la réception de l’immeuble pour qu'un ouvrier vienne réparer ça.

Hua s’en est occupée… Donc le bonheur !

Et en plus le ménage semble bien fait…

Pourvu que ça dure !
