Beautiful trolley ! Joli caddy !

This morning I didn’t assured at the weekly meeting! I had though prepared before. My mistake it’s to read instead of to speak! As a result I mumbled… and my boss had to translate into good English!

The next time I will not read… it’s too lousy! So it’s like that I learn! <!--[endif]-->

Top-flight meal for the lunch: a Chinese “fondue”. It’s promised, tomorrow I put some pictures and I explain how we eat that!  I have not the time today because it’s late…

Why is it late? “Wobbly trolley’ is responsible… Do you remember? I bought last week a trolley with ONLY ONE wheel, so it had to swap it!  Consider it done, thanks to Christina who came with me.                

And to guess what ? I even found dusters at Ikea     

Lundi matin l’empereur, sa femme et le ptit prince-ce, sont venus chez moi pour me serrer la pince-ce…

 
Ce matin je n’ai pas assuré à la réunion hebdomadaire ! Pourtant j’avais préparé avant. Mon erreur est d’avoir lu au lieu de parler ! Du coup j’ai bafouillé… et mon patron devait traduire en "bon anglais" !

La prochaine fois je ne lirai pas… c’est trop nul ! Bon c’est comme ça que j’apprends !

Excellent repas ce midi, une fondue chinoise. Promis demain je mets des photos et j’explique comment ça se mange ! Je n’ai pas le temps ce soir car il est tard…

Pourquoi est-il tard ? « Caddy bancal » est responsable… Vous vous souvenez ? J’ai acheté la semaine dernière un caddy avec UNE SEULE roue, alors il fallait bien aller l’échanger ! C’est chose faite, grâce à Christina qui m’a accompagné.

Et deviner quoi ? J’ai même trouvé des torchons chez Ikéa …

I am in my flat, Rosa came and connected Internet with my laptop and now I can explore the Internet. But it's just a little bit LOW ! ! !

I am going after that to my new flat to  connect Internet... I cross my fingers.... As long as it's working ! ! !

Après l'album photos "Mobile en Chine"  où chacun peut voir la difficulté d'utiliser son mobile ici... et pour moi particulièrement ! En voici un autre "Pékin démolition". Pékin est un grand chantier où les ouvriers travaillent jours et nuits...

Je pars ebsuite à l'appartement pour connecter Internet... Je croise les doigts... Pourvu que ça marche ! ! ! 

Mime champion... Championne du mime...

Great day to prepare my settle in. A lot of things to do ! Two men of management office came in my flat to help me : to assemble a little furniture (when I bought it I touhgt to receive my belongings !) to plug in my hi-fi system.... and it's working ! to install a lamp, to set up the handles on the saucepans...

It's comfortable to have inside the residence an assistance service. 

So the employees speak only chinese. To communicate the mime is the first way for the both part. I improve my mime steadily... lol

But after many explanation, in Chinese, in English and above all, in Mime, what great pleasure to hear Les Beattles in the baffles and to watch Billy Elliot in the TV sreen ! (this both I took them with me..)

Despite the sharp cold, I walked in the parc close my appartment "Chaoyang Parc". It seems like an attraction parc with roundabouts, great eight (I don't know the name in English !), some boats on the lac. It was so cold, there was a big icy plaques on the lac. My ears and my feet was freezed... I must to buy a wool hat and warm shoes...

After that I did the food shopping, the basic shopping like housework products, butter, jam, fruit juice etc... because all will be ready soon to me settle in !

It doesn't look but I need a lot of time to  organize all. Marylène is arriving next Friday, I have still a few days to make all very well !

Bon week end... en français dans le texte ! 

Grand jour de préparation de mon emménagement. Beaucoup de choses à faire ! Deux hommes de service de la résidence sont venus dans mon appartement pour m'aider : assembler un petit meuble (quand je l'ai acheté, je pensais reccevoir mes affaires !) brancher ma chaine hi-fi... et ça marche ! installer une lampe, monter les poignées sur les casseroles...

C'est confortable d'avoir dans la résidence un service d'assistance. 

Seulement les employés ne parlent que Chinois. Pour communiquer le mime est la meilleure façon pour les deux parties. J'améliore mon mime régulièrement... lol

Mais après moultes explications en Chinois, en Anglais et en Mine, quel grand plaisir d'entendre Les Beattles et de voir Billy Elliott sur l'écran de laTV ! (ces deux là, je les avais emmenés avec moi...)

Malgré le froid vif je suis allée marcher une heure dans le parc proche de mon appartement "Chaoyang Parc". Il ressemble à un parc d'attraction avec des manèges, un grand huit, quelques bateaux sur le lac. Il fait tellement froid qu'il y a des grandes plaques de glace sur le lac. Mes oreilles et mes pieds étaient gelés, je dois acheter un chapeau de laine et des chaussures chaudes...

Après j'ai fait les courses de nourriture et de choses basiques comme les produits d'entretien, le beurre, la confiture, les jus de fruit etc... car tout doit être prêt bientôt pour mon emménagement.

L'air de rien ça prend un certain temps pour tout organiser. Marylène arrive vendredi prochain, il me reste quelques jours pour tout peaufiner ! 

1st real training ! 1ère vraie formation

Don't stress... I was not the trainer ! I only assisted like student, so the training was in English, the teacher was Chinese person and the subject not very "sexy" ... : compliance and ethic. After the lunch I had sometimes difficulties to stay waked up... a little bit soporific neverthetless this training ! Tone monotonous, even in  English it's possible ! I wrote a lot of words I didn't know and I left the training with my head like stuffed ! One hour after that I had my english course.

This week I interviewed  one candidate trainer who seemed me well. I hope he will accept H.R's propositions and will begin to work with me the next month.

The weather it's very cold -6° with an icy wind... breuhhhhh 

Si après tout ça je ne parle pas anglais couramment... c'est que je dois me mettre tout de suite au chinois...  

1ère formation : Pas de panique... Je n'étais la formatrice ! J'étais seulement une stagiaire, mais la formation était en anglais, l'animateur un Chinois et le thème pas trop "sexy".... : conformité et éthique. Après le déjeuner j'avais parfois un peu de mal à rester éveillée... un peu soporifique quand même cette formation ! Ton monotome... même en anglais c'est possible ! J'ai noté plein de mots que ne connaissais pas et je suis sortie avec la tête un peu farcie ! Une heure après j'avais mon cours d'anglais.

Cette semaine j'ai interrogé un candidat formateur qui  me paraissait bien. J'espère qu'il va accepter les propositions de la DRH et qu'il commencera à travailler avec moi le mois prochain.
