This park was made on an old gypsum quarry. It’s Napoleon III who decides on one to create the big Parisian East park to do one of the most spectacular parks of the capital. The park is inaugurated in 1867.

Le parc des Buttes Chaumont c’est mon ancien quartier, alors cette petite promenade au parc est émouvante pour moi…
