Right after the visit of ended Tagong we take at about 3 pm the road for Kangding. We cross green and forest landscapes, rain, thick fog which deprives us of the view.
The road is in better state than the previous ones taken until now!
Sitôt la visite de Tagong terminée nous prenons vers 15h la route pour Kangding. Traversée de paysages verdoyant et forestier, pluie, épais brouillard qui nous prive de la vue.
La route est en meilleur état que les précédentes empruntées jusqu’à présent !
KANGDING: the centre / Le centre de KANGDING
We arrive at Kangding at 6:30 pm. Our driver leaves us in city centre and we have difficulty in finding the hotel and a taxi to bring us to it. People here don’t show a lot of kindness!!! And in more it is raining …
We find finally our hotel. It is of average quality, but that will go because we are too much exhausted to move. Beds, in attractive lively colours, are all the same comfortable.
Nous arrivons à Kangding à 18h30. Notre chauffeur nous largue en centre ville et nous avons du mal à trouver l’hôtel et un taxi pour nous y amener. L’amabilité ne les étouffe pas par ici !!! Et en plus il pleut…
Nous trouvons enfin notre hôtel. Il est de qualité moyenne, mais bon ça ira car nous sommes trop crevées pour bouger. Les lits, aux jolis couleurs vives, sont quand même confortables.
The city is plunged into the fog, it seems rather big and is livened up enough. We revive with the noise, the cars, blaring of hooters, pollution …
La ville est plongée dans le brouillard, elle paraît assez grande et est assez animée. Nous renouons avec le bruit, les voitures, le vacarme des klaxons, la pollution…
