Beijing as if we were… or there almost…  

 

At first during a French weekend in Paris I saw Rodolphe. Yes! Rodolophe, the same one who was in Beijing at the same time as I was there.

It was funny to have a walk together in the Park of the Buttes Chaumont and then to go to have dinner.

 

 

Then to prolong the Beijing impressions I read the following whodunit:

"Murders in Beijing" story where waltz corpses, treasons, reconciliations, genetically modified food and where the suspense keeps us in suspense up to the end.

By reading it I saw again myself in the city, its parks, its streets, its bars.

Real atmosphere Pekinese.

 

Pékin comme si on y était… ou presque…

 

D’abord week-end français à Paris pendant lequel j’ai vu Rodolphe. Oui oui, celui là même qui était à Pékin en même temps que j’y étais !

C’était rigolo de nous balader ensemble dans le Parc des Buttes Chaumont puis d’aller dîner.

 

Puis pour prolonger les impressions de Pékin j’ai dévoré le polar suivant :

 

« Meurtres à Pékin » histoire où valsent les cadavres, les trahisons, les réconciliations, les aliments génétiquement modifiés et où le suspens nous tient en haleine jusqu’au bout.

En le lisant je me revoyais dans la ville, ses parcs, ses rues, ses bars.

Ambiance bien retranscrite.

 

Nouveau boulot - New job

I found a new job!

 

I had several interview for a job of head of training in Moscow but unfortunately at short notice another candidate (Russian) got the job.

I didn’t find other opportunity abroad.

I found an interesting job in HR but not in Paris.

My new office is at least at 1:30 h from the centre of Paris, so I am looking for a new apartment in the west of Paris to be not too far from it.

 

For the moment I am doing a training period before to take my new position.

 

 

J’ai trouvé un nouveau boulot !

 

J’ai eu plusieurs interviews pour un travail de responsable de formation à Moscou mais malheureusement je me suis fait grillée par une candidate russe au « dernier moment ».

Je n’ai pas trouvé d’autres opportunités à l’étranger.

J’ai trouvé un travail intéressant en Relations Humaines, mais ce n’est pas à Paris.

Mon nouveau bureau se trouve à au moins 1 h 30 du centre de Paris, je suis donc entrain de chercher un logement dans l’ouest de Paris pour ne pas être trop loin.

 

Pour l’instant je fais un stage de formation avant de prendre mes nouvelles fonctions
