Nous atterrissons à Horn Island dans le Détroit de Torres.

The end of the end! The extreme North point of Australia!

We land to Horn Island in the Torres Strait.

Pendant la 2^ème Guerre Mondiale, l’île a servi de base et était très active. Il y a des ruines de tranchées, de bunkers.

During the 2^nd World War, the island served as base and was very active. There are ruins of trenches, bunkers.

Il y a aussi un musée hétéroclite, un peu vieillot mais très intéressant quand même !

There is also a heterogeneous, a little bit old-fashioned but very interesting museum all the same!
