Aujourd’hui je vais à Broome, petite ville sur la côte nord ouest. C’est le point de départ de mon prochain trek dans les montagnes du Kimberley et des Bungle Bungle.

Je viens de passer 1 h à discuter chez Telstra. Les 20 $ que j'avais chargés ont durée 30 mn seulement. J'ai juste envoyé 4 mails dont 3 avec photos et oups plus rien, envolés mes 20 $.

I have just spend 1 hour to be discussed at Telstra. 20 $ which I had loaded have only duration 30 mn only. I have just messenger 4 e-mails among which 3 with photos and oops nothing more, flown away my 20 $.
Alors la vendeuse m'a dit que je n'avais pas choisi le bon forfait ! 
Qu'il fallait prendre Freedom Plus au lieu de Beyond Talk…
Je lui ai dit que j'avais été mal conseillée à Cairns et je lui ai demandé de juste payer la différence pour avoir le fameux Freedom Plus.
Elle m'a dit non, ce n'est pas possible. `
J'ai demandé à parler au manager. Pas de bol, il était parti déjeuner.
Je lui ai dit que je reviendrai.
Then the seller told me that I had not chosen the good package! That it was necessary to take Freedom Plus instead of Beyond Talk…
I told her that I had been badly advised to Cairns and I asked her to pay 
just the difference to have famous Freedom Plus.
She said no to me, it is not possible.
I asked to speak to the manager. Bad luck, he had left having lunch.

Donc avec le manager, ça commence mal, il me dit comme sa vendeuse.
Je dois payer l'intégralité du Freedom parce que mes 20$ sont déjà utilisés.
Je lui dis que ce n'est pas ma faute si j'ai été mal conseillé et lui demande un geste commercial. Plusieurs fois il dit qu'il ne peut rien faire, qu'il comprend, qu'il est désolé, mais les 20 $ sont utilisés !
Thus with the manager, that begins badly, he tells me as his seller.
I have to pay the completeness of Freedom because my $20 are already used.
I tell him that it’s not my fault if I was badly advised and asks him a commercial gesture. Several times he says that he can make nothing, that he understands, that he is sorry, but 20 $ are used!
Je continue calmement avec mon anglais approximatif à négocier. A 
lui demander sa compréhension et un geste commercial.
Il finit par me dire que je peux appeler le service client de la boutique.

He eventually tells me that I can call the customer service of the shop.
Ok pendant qu'il fait le numéro, je lui dit qu’il serait plus simple qu'il explique lui même le problème.

Il doit appeler un deuxième numéro où il réexplique toute l’affaire !

Ils font des contrôles à Cairns vers la boutique qui m'a vendu le pack.
On attend… On attend…
Et finalement ils me donnent un accès internet de 2,5 Go jusqu'à fin juillet avec mes fameux 20 $!
Par contre je ne peux pas téléphoner ni envoyer de texto mais ce n’est pas si mal !

And finally they give me an internet access of 2,5 Go till the end of July with my famous 20 $!
On the other hand I cannot phone nor send of text but it’s not so bad!
Ma devise : ne jamais céder, mais toujours avec le sourire !

Heureusement Darwin a de belles promenades et de beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer…
