Lundi 11  et mardi 12 avril

Wai = eau ; Heke = cascade

Waiheke, l’eau des cascades !

Je reste dormir sur l’île. Excellent dîner au village de Oneroa (coquilles Saint Jacques accompagnées d’un verre de Riesling Giesen)

Et le lendemain encore un excellent saumon grillé chez Cable Bay Vineyards où j’ai bu un Viognier plutôt bon !

Monday, April 11^th and Tuesday, April 12^th

I stay overnight on the island. Excellent dinner in the village of Oneroa ( Scallops accompanied with a glass of Riesling Giesen)

And the next day another excellent salmon grilled at Cable Bay Vineyards where I drank Viognier rather good!

Je marche avant de reprendre le bateau, ce qui me permet de bien apprécier les paysages plutôt jolis de l’île

I walk before to take the boat, what allows me to appreciate well the rather attractive landscapes of the island

Il y a ici une atmosphère apaisante ; c'est très agréable

There is here a soothing atmosphere; it is very pleasant
