The Chinese fondu... when I talked about this afternoon with my Chinese English teacher, she was stunned and didn't understand me ! So I showed her my photos, and she exclaimed " aaahhh the hot pot .... the Chinese hot pot ! "
So let's go to the HOT POT !

In the middle of the table a big pot with two parts, one for the soft broth and other for the hard broth very spicy. The yin and the Yang... Below the waiter put the fire and it warm. Inside we throw meat, fish, assorted vegetable, tofu who cook in. When it is cooked we get out food with the chopsticks... not easy for the meatball !!! Then we soak it in a sesame sauce... ONE DELIGHT !
La fondue Chinoise... quand j'ai parlé de ça cette après midi avec ma professeur d'anglais Chinoise, elle était étonnée et ne me comprenait pas ! Alors je lui ai montré mes photos et elle s'est exclamée " aaahhh le hot pot ... le hot pot Chinois ! " (traduction littérale le pot chaud... pour le aaahhhh je n'ai pas de traduction ... lol)
Ok ! allons-y pour le HOT POT ! C'est quand même une fondue...

Au milieu de la table on installe une grosse bassine à deux compartiments, un pour le bouillon doux et l'autre pour le bouillon fort, très épicé. Le yin et le yang... Dessous le serveur allume le feu et ça chauffe. A l'intérieur nous jettons de la viande, du poisson, des légumes, du tofu qui cuisent dans le bouillon. Quand c'est cuit, nous sortons la nourriture avec les baguettes... pas facile pour les boulettes !!! Puis nous la trempons dans une sauce au sésame... UN REGAL !
