Par ce temps plutôt froid, avec température autour de 10° voire moins le soir, une bonne soupe de légumes bien chaude est vraiment bienvenue !

Achetées au salon de thé « Au fond du Jardin » à côté de la cathédrale, puis dégustées chez Laurence, amie rencontrée aux cours de chinois.
Bought from the tearoom « Au fond du jardin » (At the back of the garden) next to the cathedral, then tasted at Laurence, friend met in Chinese courses.

Falun Dafa (aussi appelé Falun Gong) est une pratique bouddhique avancée, transmise pour la première fois au public par M. Li Hongzhi.
Falun Dafa (also conscript Falun Gong) is an advanced Buddhist practice, passed on for the first time to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi.
La particularité de cette méthode est de revenir à la source des enseignements du qigong en recherchant simultanément le développement physique et spirituel.
The particularity of this method is to return at the source of the teachings of the qigong by looking for simultaneously the physical and spiritual development.
Le point central de la pratique du Falun Dafa est le coeur, avec l'élévation de son esprit et de ses pensées, ou « Xinxing », indiquée comme clé de l'accroissement de l'énergie, ou « Gong ».
The central point of the practice of Falun Dafa is the heart, with the rise of its spirit and its thoughts, either « Xinxing », indicated as key of the increase of the energy, or « Gong ».
