Une petite croisière dans les Queen Charlotte Sounds pour aller jusqu’à l’île de Motuara. C’est là que James Cook a planté le drapeau de la Couronne Britannique en 1770.

Puis agréable marche sur un sentier côtier et forestier sur la Queen Charlotte Track entre Ship Cove et Endeavour Bay (c’est le nom du bateau de fameux Cook)

Et le soir nous prenons le ferry pour aller sur l’île du nord à Wellington

 

 

Last day island of the South

on Friday April 1st

A small cruise in Queen Charlotte Sounds to go to the Motuara island. It is there that James Cook planted the flag of the British Crown in 1770.

Then pleasant walking on a coastal and forest path on the Queen Charlotte Track between Ship Cove and Endeavour Bay (it is the name of the boat of famous Cook)

And in the evening we take the ferry to go on the island of the North to Wellington
