1ère soirée à Tullah

Samedi 27 février soir

En compagnie d’un groupe de joyeux drills nous dînons tous ensemble et jouons à trouver des mots, à miner (plus facile pour moi !) et à faire les zouaves et à boire !

Et le top j’ai une chambre pour moi toute seule … presque royal !

 

1^st evening Tullah – Saturday, February 27th

Together with a group of jolly fellows we have dinner all together and play to find words, to mine (easier for me!) and to play the fool and to drink!

And the top I have a bedroom for me alone… almost royal!

1er jour Côte Ouest

Samedi 27 février

Levée aux aurores, car je dois être au point de RDV (à 15 mn de marche) à 7h15 !

Accueillie par Chris mon nouveau guide pour ces 3 jours

Le groupe est constitué de jeunes gens pour la plupart venus d’Europe

1^er stop Russell Fall (la Cascade de Russell), petite marche dans la magnifique forêt, nous voyons un wombat, un peu craintif le mignon ! Puis le plus haut arbre de Tasmanie et le 2^ème au monde (dixit le guide) après une arbre en Californie

1^st day West Coast - Saturday, February 27th

Got up at crack of dawn, because I have to be in the point of meeting (in 15 mn of walking) to 7:15am!

Welcomed by Chris my new guide for these 3 days

The group is constituted by young people for the greater part come from Europe

1^st stop Russell Fall, small walking in the magnificent forest, we see a wombat, a little bit shy the cute! Then the highest tree of Tasmania and the 2nd to the world (dixit the guide) after one tree in California

 

 

 

2^ème stop Tarraleah Hydro Electric, une immense centrale construite dans les années 1930 pour fournir en énergie la demande croissante

2^nd stop Tarraleah Hydro Electric, an immense power station built in the 1930s to supply with energy the increasing demand

 

3^ème stop le Lac St Clair c’est le plus profond de Tasmanie, il fournit la centrale ci-dessus. Petite marche dans la forêt, qui est plutôt belle et colorée !

3^rd stop Lake St Clair is the deepest in Tasmanie, it provides the power station above. Small walking in the forest, which is rather beautiful and colored!

4^ème stop Donaghys Hill (La Colline Donagill) le temps de gâte, c’est très couvert mais ça n’empêche pas d’être beau !

4^th stop Donaghys Hill the weather becomes worst, it is very covered but that does not prevent from being beautiful

Hobart : Battery Point

Oui je sais j’ai publié le jeudi 25 et vendredi 26 avant le mercredi 24

Ben quoi ? Aux antipodes on peut tout se permettre…

Joli quartier historique à Hobart, pas très loin du centre et du port

Et quelle chance, le ciel est magnifiquement bleu !

So what? To the antipodes we can everything allow itself …

Attractive historic district to Hobart, not very far from the center and from the port

And what luck, the sky is splendidly blue!

Tout le sous-sol est réservé à l’exposition «Gilbert et George» Je découvre ces 2 artistes (un né en Italie, l’autre en Angleterre) qui vivent et travaillent à Londres
