It’s the name of the next Chinese public holiday. 3 bank holidays given… Finally in these 3 there is a Saturday and Sunday… and next Monday!
In this occasion, the Chinese families eat the « zong zi » it is of sticky rice wrapped around in a leaf (of banana tree I think)
Sophia last recruited training officer ; kindly gave me 2 zong zi home made by her mum.
This weekend it should have to dragon boat races… But I won’t see them!
Dragon bateau (en anglais c’est plus beau !)
C’est le nom de la prochaine fête nationale chinoise. 3 jours fériés donnés…. Enfin dans ces 3 il y a un samedi et un dimanche… et lundi prochain !
A cette occasion les familles chinoises mangent le « zong zi » c’est du riz gluant enroulé dans une feuille (de bananier je crois).
Sophia la petite dernière formatrice embauchée m’a gentiment donné 2 zong zi fait par sa maman.
Ce week end il devrait y avoir des courses de bateaux dragons… Mais je ne les verrai pas !
