We leave Goreme in taxi with the young man (14/15 old year) who comes every weekend to 
work in the uncle’s hotel. He absolutely has to return to Urgup to take back the school tomorrow.
The taxi sets off and in the first bend that rises a little and that slips a lot … Fortunately our driver is a pro of the driving and we arrive without any issues to Urgup
Seen the icy weather we spend time between restaurant, bar, museum.
We find a very nice restaurant or we eat the speciality of the place, meat and vegetables cooked steamed in a jar in cast iron covered with bread to make it hermetic
What are funny here are the small words of congratulations written on towels and shown on boards on the walls or on the tables
Nous quittons Goreme en taxi avec le jeune homme (14/15 ans) qui vient chaque week-end travailler dans l’hôtel son oncle. Il doit absolument rentrer à Urgup pour reprendre l’école demain.
Le taxi prend la route et au premier virage ça monte un peu et ça patine beaucoup… Heureusement notre chauffeur est un pro de la conduite et nous arrivons sans encombre à Urgup
Vue le temps glacial nous passons notre temps entre restaurant, bar, musée.
Nous trouvons un resto bien sympathique ou nous mangeons la spécialité du lieu, de la viande et des légumes cuit à l’étouffée dans un pot en fonte recouvert de pain pour le rendre hermétique
Ce qui est rigolo ici sont les petits mots de félicitations écrits sur des serviettes et affichés sur des tableaux ou sur la table
